Abruzzo is called "green lungs" of Italy because it’s a region where a large part of the territory are national parks and reserves. Sea and mountains, amazing olive oil and lot’s of other things are going to blow you away. Moreover, there is no bad weather. The complete absence of industrial enterprises makes the divine environment here. The sea is amazing, so after the tour, you can relax and feel the sand on your hands.

Italians describe local people as "forte e gentile" - strong and kind. And the fountain with wine that anyone can taste is one of the thousands of proofs.

Day 1

We will meet in Pescara, where the international airport is located.

Visit the fishing village and the Aragonese castle. Unforgettable experience!

Fish feast. Our lunch will be served on the “Trabucco” fishing platform - an old wooden house on high pillars, which was built by fishermen.

The wines in Abruzzo are fabulous. Our visit to the family winery will help us to know the local wines better. Seven hectares of vineyards, beautiful cellars, friendly hosts, funny tasting - it will be just a small part of the visit. The rest you will know directly there.

Then, we will check into a cosy family hotel. The hosts created a real Italian comfort with their own hands. We adore this place!

Dinner will be prepared for you by the winery owners. So, get ready for the traditional dishes of local cuisine. You will try everything, believe us.

Day 2

Breakfast.

A local cuisine master class with Rosie - an unforgettable experience for a novice or even professional. Every guest will be able to learn something new from her, improve the knowledge of Italian cuisine, meet like-minded people, just have a great time and grab something tasty, of course.

After a fun course of using a knife and a whisk, you will have a delicious lunch with self-cooked masterpieces.

Then, the real adventure awaits you - a truffle hunt with a professional truffle hunter and his dog. We’ll go to the forest, so take comfortable shoes and a good mood, nothing else is needed.

Truffle tasting dinner, which will bring the sweetest memories even for the most capricious gourmet.

We will check in a charming family hotel in the historical centre of the authentic town.

Day 3

Breakfast.

Pecorino cheese tasting at a cheese factory. It’s one of the most popular types of Italian cheeses. Just imagine - three varieties of Pecorino are produced in the Abruzzo province.

Then, we will visit a beautiful medieval village and the production of saffron - the most expensive spice in the world. Keep your eyes widely open and cameras charged!

Lunch at the ancient tavern, which has existed for more than a hundred years. This place is dedicated to organic meat, cheese and pasta. So-o-o impressive!

Guided tour to the city of L'Aquila, which is considered a major tourist centre and the main city of Abruzzo.

This is a charming city with elegant squares, a fierce-looking Spanish castle and the Basilica of St. Mary, which can compete with a castle in its immensity. A little beyond the boundaries of city walls, you will find yourself in the kingdom of divine nature - the wild and very picturesque Gran Sasso National Park. It’s impossible to visit everything here, but we will show you the most interesting places.
