Region Trentino-South Tyrol

Trentino Alto Adige for many people equals to ski resorts. Of course, Dolomites are beautiful and magnificent, but there is plenty of entertainment besides snow! Therefore, we share the secret paths with you: here is a trip through a region with 10 thousand years history of winemaking and cheese making.

Day 1

We’ll pick you up in Verona or other city by your request.

We come to the Bolzano district, where your wine adventures will begin. Here, you will visit a winery to learn more about the winemaking process and taste the best wines. This is a unique wine-making area named after St. Magdalena, where the wine of the same name is produced. Moreover, among the vineyards, the most romantic church in Italy is located. Yes, it’s St. Magdalena church, built-in 1394, so you will be able to view all the epochs in one place.

We settle in a 100-years old chic villa-hotel, located in a fabulous park. You will be impressed.

We’ll have lunch in the ancient local restaurant, where you will enjoy the most traditional cuisine in Bolzano.

Right after lunch, we will visit Roncolo Castle. It contains the most comprehensive cycle of Middle Ages frescoes anywhere in the world. You will be able to enjoy medieval paintings together with the picturesque views of Dolomites.

When you’ll leave the castle, our guide will introduce the city of Bolzano to you. You’ll fall in love with markets, romantic alleys, and lively “Italian“ bustle.

Dinner of your choice (honestly, it’ll be the hardest choice of this day):

• Michelin one-star restaurant, which is more than a special place to dine.
• Authentic local trattoria with a menu based on recipes of classic local cuisine.

Day 2

Breakfast.

Then, traditionally, we are going to the winery to make our morning really good :)

This is a special winery, which story begins in the 13th century. This place called the best winery in the valley, Is located on the territory of an ancient villa, so weddings and wine-tasting parties are not rare guests here.

After 1,5 hour tour in a winery, you will be invited to personal tasting to try the most delicious wines in the valley.

Moreover, you wouldn’t go far for lunch - it will be in the villa-winery restaurant.

After lunch, we are moving to Trento. Trento is a perfect jumping-off point for cycling, hiking, skiing, wine tasting and taking photos, of course. You will walk around the city accompanied by our guide to visit the main local landmarks: the market square with the Duomo, cathedral, fountain, palazzo with the tower, the houses of Kazuffy and Rella.

Then, you will visit Buonconsiglio Castle, the most important and the largest castle in the entire region. From the 12th to the 18th century, this castle was the seat of the prince-bishops, so be ready for the interesting stories and intrigues.

After such an emotional tour, we will settle down in the quiet paradise - agriturismo.

Dinner at agriturismo restaurant performed by the hosts.

Day 3

Breakfast.

Visiting cheese factory. Northern Italy is a mother to a huge number of varieties of cheese, which are known and loved far beyond the borders of the country. You will find out the secrets of production, engaged in the process itself and taste the local masterpieces.

After the cheese factory, another adventure will be waiting for you - master class of Tyrolean cuisine with a local chef.

Of course, you will try self-prepared masterpieces for lunch. So-o-o tasty.

Happy and satisfied, you will move to the area of famous thermal springs. Visiting this place will be useful to everyone without any exception: a powerful boost of immunity, vitality and positive emotions.

So sad to say goodbye, but we’ll transfer you to Verona and will be waiting for new adventures in your company!
