You will be totally in love with these places: medieval hilltop towns, ancient castles and vineyards. Imagine the taste of local food and divine smell of Barolo - “the king of the wines, the wine of the kings”, as it is called. Then, imagine the tenderness of Alba truffle - you will melt in its taste, forgetting all the troubles. Open your eyes. What a wonderful dream. But, stop. It’s not a dream anymore - you can visit your own paradise with us.

Day 1

We’ll meet in Milan or Turin.

Then we’ll move to the Langhe hills area. Our first step will be into winery because it can be claimed as a sin - arrive at the most important wine zones of Italy without visiting wineries. So, welcome to one of the cutest small family productions in the area. After visiting this place you will know everything about family traditions of making Barolo and Barbaresco. You will “inspect” the cellar and, for sure, taste the best wines.

Now, we are going to the top of the highest hill in the area. But don’t panic - we are going to have lunch there. This place is really difficult to get, but not because of its height - all the tables are booked in advance. Nothing to worry - we’ve booked the one for you already! Just imagine the ancient trattoria with the best handmade pasta you ever tried, legendary raw meat “carne cruda” and other specialities cooked by the ancient recipes. We can’t wait to go there!

Accommodations in the beautiful authentic place among the fields, hazelnut trees and vineyards. A boutique agriturismo is the best place to stay in - wonderful and comfortable rooms, farmhouse restaurant, outdoor swimming pool. You will have everything to feel at the top of the world!

Then, we will visit the Barolo town - from where the story of the legendary wine begins. Of course, we’ll not miss a very special museum of wine in the castle of Faletti family. So, charge your camera - you will be impressed!

• one of the old-fashioned classic family restaurants with a panoramic view and delicious food.

Day 2

Right after breakfast, our adventure begins! Real truffle hunting in the forest with a dog and professional “tartufaio”. A unique chance to know everything about one of the most expensive delicacies in the world.

The truffle lunch, during which you will try all the variants of eating truffle in the right dishes.

Then, our usual small walk-visit of La Morra. It is a real treasure - cosy hilltop town with all kinds of enoteca, fascinating viewpoints and small friendly shops. Don’t miss the local church - it’s magnificent!

After the walk, we prepared a surprise for you. Try to guess what! Yes, it’s a cooking class. You will learn to make traditional Piemontese dinner: cooking, drinking, laughing and chatting with a professional chef, what can be better?

At the end of this activity, you will enjoy your meal. We’re sure - it’s perfect!

Day 3

Moving closer to the Alps area we arrange an amazing experience - visit legendary grana cheese factory production. Thousands of cheese-heads, hectoliters of milk and hundreds of alp cows in the farm - you will be amused.

Do you know that there is a place in Piemonte, famous for its snails? We are going to have a delicious lunch based on the classic snails' menu. For sure, you can choose something else in this wonderful restaurant, but people from all over Italy are coming here to try snails.

Right after lunch - a must-see place - Wine Bank, located in the historic cellars of the Gastronomical University di Pollenzo. It a centre where the best wines in Italy are stored and refined.

And our last places to visit - Gourmand paradise and one of the top-5 famous cheese shops in Europe. Here you will try a selection of local cheeses and meet the legendary “king of cheese” - Fiorenzo Giolitti. Don’t forget to buy something for you to enjoy the taste of heaven at home.

And the time to say goodbye - coming back to Milan or Turin.
