Sardinia island is one of the most vibrant and distinctive regions in Italy. It captivates with out-of-this-world beaches, emerald sea and endearing eccentricities. We suggest you combine a beach holiday with exploring the island.

Our journey will be fabulous: the songs of shepherds, tuna fishing, eating oysters, a skewered pig, master classes, famous casumar cheese with worms, the magic of creating corks, turtles, white donkeys, litres of wine, myrtle liqueur and olive oil, fair wind, new acquaintances and sunny mood. And surely, you will enlarge the list by yourself!

NORTH ROUTE

Day 1

We will meet you in Olbia (here is the international airport of Olbia, so it won’t be a problem to get here).

Visit the famous mussel farm. Here the highest quality mussels are grown. They are valued in all parts of Italy. Tasting delicacies - you will reach the euphory.

After tasting mussels, we will move on the oysters. It’s not surprising that oysters are also bloody good here. We will have lunch with the freshest oysters accompanied by icy white wine in the oyster restaurant.

Tempio Pausania. A city surrounded by dense forests of the cork oak. That is why it is the centre of cork production in Sardinia. We will visit the cork factory and you will create the cork with your own hands. Unforgettable experience!

Then we will check at the cutest hotel in Sassari, Sardinia's second-largest city. You definitely need to see this magnificent city with a handsome historic centre and its workaday vibe. An interesting story of this place awaits you during the walking tour with our guide.

Day 2

(optional; summer months - from July to September)

Breakfast.

Moving to Stintino fishing village, which we will be the starting point of our yacht trip. Sea fishing, visiting a national park, two stops in picturesque ports - you will take wonderful photos, lunch with fish and fresh seafood performed by our captain and a lot of positive emotions. We will visit the turtle hospital and see unique white donkeys. At 18:30 our sailing adventure will be over and we will return to Sassari.

Day 3

(or day 2 if you are unable to make a yacht trip)

Breakfast.

Visiting the winery in the famous winemaking area between Alghero and Sassari. It's time to get acquainted with traditional Sardinian wines - you will love them, that’s for sure.

The winemakers will not only offer a tasting for you but will also organize a real master class of local cuisine. Awesome lunch at the winery with self-prepared masterpieces will be waiting for you.

After a hearty lunch, we will visit the production of famous olive oil, where you will be taught to understand this amazing product, to distinguish bitterness from bitter notes, and mediocre oil from the high-quality one.

We will settle down at beautiful agriturismo on the farm. You will taste delicious home-made food for dinner. This place reveals the essence of the Sardinian soul - the owners keep the island's traditions for years. All products from the farm are freshest, prepared according to the old tradition. This is a real acquaintance with the culture, traditions and cuisine of the island.

Day 4/3

Breakfast.

We will visit the cheese factory owned by Sardinian shepherds. Have you ever tried to milk a sheep? What about cooking cheese? Would you venture to taste the cazu marzu - a unique cheese with worms?

The culmination of our trip through traditional Sardinian cuisine will the famous “porchetta arrosto”, a spit-roasted for several hours in a special way, as only Sardinian shepherds do. Our dear guests, you will find plenty of unique traditional dishes and wines. Get ready for the taste bomb!

Then we will have a tour through a unique open-air art gallery in a small but bright town of Orgosolo. We will look at the wall painting of Sardinian artists, usually called Murales in Sardinia. This is a kind of folk “graffiti”, telling a lot about the life and customs of the locals.

The sweetest part of our trip will be the tasting of the famous myrtle liqueur.

Then, moving back to Olbia.

SOUTH ROUTE

Day 1

We will meet in Cagliari. There, we will explore the city and salt marshes extending over 160 hectares near the sea coast. Then, flocks of pink flamingos will put our emotion-meter to the highest point. Moreover, we will visit the famous Devil's Saddle Mountain. In general, it will be excitingly interesting, it’s for sure!

Are you ready? Here the magic begins. You will spend half a day with one of the best chefs in Sardinia. A walk through the local fields. Then, you will learn to cook dishes with forest herbs and Sardinian truffles. An unforgettable experience even for those who can’t cook fried eggs even.

Day 3

Breakfast.

We are going to the small island of Carloforte, closely linked to Pegli and Genoa. It will captivate you with its streets that climb up a slight slope, with wonderful sea views, ancient defensive fortifications, including the Lion's Gate.

Here you will visit the inner sanctum of Sardinia - tonnara, famous for its delicious tuna and the famous bottarga (tuna caviar).

Guess what we will eat for lunch? That's right, tuna! And not somewhere, but in the heart of the tuna kingdom, one of the best restaurants in this area.

After lunch, our adventures are just beginning. On the so-called "Turkish boat" we will sail to the sea to explore local beauties and take a photo of those picturesque sea landscapes, that you have definitely seen on postcards.

After crazy sea trip, a calm evening, delicious dinner and a sweet night on Sant’Antioco Island await you.

Day 4

Breakfast and time to relax on a magical local beach.

Lunch at a local restaurant with the freshest seafood.

Our guide will help you to explore the island: catacombs and underground city. Why Sant’Antioco inhabitants are called the population of the grottoes? The last keeper Phoenician sea silk production secret in the world. You will learn this and much more during our tour.

Then, happy and full of impressions, we will return to Cagliari.
